About OpenBSD Wiki[]
The OpenBSD Wiki is here as a community fourum, allowing OpenBSD users a place to discuss various aspects of OpenBSD, it is not here as a replacement to the projects internal documentation, which sets the standard for what OpenSource documentation should be. That said, people will ask questions here, and as a community the responses should be balanced somewhere between RTFMP and creating mediocre How-Tos who excuse introducing serious security issues into an otherwise excellent system with "going in to exactly how to secure all of this is outside the scope of this document", as security is of primary concern to so many in the OpenBSD community, I think we can endeavor to create meaninful introductory and mid-level information that does not have insecure practices as its base line. I am hoping that the the wiki format can allow security implications to be discussed and addressed in any article.
